    Greetings I am requesting that no penalties or fees be assessed to this account for reasonable cause. Our CPA couldn't file due to family illness so I had to file the return on my own. I am an unpaid volunteer with no accounting education. It is very complicated and took many months of research and learning. After completing the 990 PF form I couldn't find an IRS address. I repeatedly called the IRS helpline but the wait was always too long. Finally on 11 3 2022 I spoke with Ms.Lauck ID 1004043708. She explained I must E-file by using an IRS approved 3rd party and she directed me to the IRS list. She has documented my file to authorize the waiving of penalties and fees for reasonable cause. Filing electronically was time consuming and required me to start over and to learn new software. I had to travel overseas from 11 15 to 12 1. Hours after landing I got COVID.
