    1 2022 Youth Investors Corp Summer Program: In the summer of 2022 Youth Investors Corp's annual program worked with over 10 plus community partners including Boys Girls Clubs public libraries and local government agencies to provide free 5 week financial literacy programs to 250 plus youth. With five volunteer instructors our in person programs took place in ten cities throughout Orange County Los Angeles County and Santa Barbara County Volunteer time valued at over $10,000. Three $500 grants were provided to each county's winning students of each county $1,500 which were withdrawn in the 2022 fiscal year. The program received support from businesses in the form of educational software $2500 in kind material donations. 2,145

    A Form 990-EZ fiscal year 2021 was filed via a case basis on October 24 2022 to Agent Timothy Mosley. This form was verified to have been received and processed by the IRS. The returned Form 990-EZ is not the corrected version that was received and processed by Agent Timothy. In early October 2022 Youth Investors Corp filed for an expedited exemption request for public charity status along with our annual filing return. On October 22 Agent Timothy Mosley assigned to help assist our case requested a few amendments to Youth Investors Corp's submitted Form 990-EZ along with the submission of other necessary documents. These forms were all promptly revised and faxed to Agent Timothy. They were all received and processed by the IRS as Youth Investors Corp was successfully granted public charity designation. Youth Investors Corp was not aware that our submission of 990-EZ to Agent Timothy was not sufficient.
