    Explanation:
There is no place in the software to "attach a list" of the investments reported on Lines 10 b & c as required by the IRS instructions for the balance sheet. In all the years past, we created and used excel spreadsheets to give the IRS the info required. The IRS now requires 990-PF's to efile the tax returns, yet the IRS will not allow efiling if lists are attached. So which is it? Efile with no lists or paper file with lists? We tried timely paper filing the 2020 tax return with the lists required and the return was rejected. So we are efiling the return now without the required lists. If the lists are still required, please send us a notice and we will forward them to the IRS. In addition, at the time the IRS notice dated December 13, 2021 was received, the IRS has already shut down the entire efiling process (since sometime in November). So we are forced to wait until later in January 2022 to be able to efile this return. The notice gives us a 10 day window to efile the return. How is that possible when the IRS is not accepting efiled returns until about mid-January?
