    1 F.I.R.E.'s research & education activities are both directly managed and grants, focused in India; however, we do have programs in the U.S. & other countries. F.I.R.E. is tutoring students in India to encourage & reinforce their learning, is providing school fees, uniforms, shoes, books, meals, & conducting literacy classes to teach adults to read & write. F.I.R.E. promotes & funds training programs in Community Transformation, Community Health, Vocational Training, Leadership Development, & Trainers of Trainers to bring positive improvement in village community life. F.I.R.E. provides relief supplies & food in times of disaster in the state of Odisha, India. Training in Prayer - Increasingly, we are seeing that our research, planning, & education needs to be undergirded with prayer to be effective.
