Explanation:

Original filing was mailed to Ogden IRS office and received by that office and stamped received April 4,2022. The 990EZ forms were than mailed back to me with a letter dated August 25, 2022, requiring online filing. The envelope was postmarked August 29, 2022, and I received the letter September 4,2022 . I promptly opened letter and set time at computer to file on line. Since return was received on time originally and took over 5 months to receive back, I believe we should not be assessed penalties. I have original forms, envelope and date stamp copies if needed. Thank you for your consideration.
