What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? TO ENGAGE IN THE ACTIVITY AND BUSINESS OF GARDENING AND GARDENING EDUCATION WITH A VOLUNTEER LABOR FORCE UNDER THE DIRECTION OF THE NC STATE COOPERATIVE EXTENSION SERVICE. BY TEACHING AND ENCOURAGING RESPONSIBLE GARDENING NEW HANOVER COUNTY EXTENSION MASTER GARDENERS ARE BENEFITING THE ENVIRONMENT AND ENHANCING THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THE RESIDENTS OF NEW HANOVER COUNTY.
