What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The Links Inc, is a volunteer service organization of extraordinary women who are committed to enriching, sustaining and ensuring the culture and economic survival of African American and other persons of African ancestry. The programming of The Links Inc has five Facets which are Service to Youth, the Arts, National Trends and Services, International Trends and Services and Health and Human Services. The programs are implemented through strategies such as information and education, economic development, public policy campaigns
