The stock serves as a refundable deposit which the customer may redeem when the customer leaves the system. The stock allows the customer stockholder to vote in the election of the corporation's directors. An annual meeting is held to elect members of the corporation's board of directors. The board is responsible for the decision making processes of the business. At the annual meeting, the members ratify or reject the actions taken by the board of directors. This board of directors meets monthly to review the monthly operations of the coproration and conduct any other business needed to direct the affairs of the business. Minutes of all meetings by the board of directors and committees are recorded aand are open to the public.
