Special emphasis is placed on supporting students at all academic levels and on stimulating young children's interests and appreciation for reading and learning.Popular services include: internet access, WiFi hotspot; copier and fax machines. All Austin County residents are entitled to a free library card. Proof of residency (Driver's license or utility bill) is required. Non-residents may obtain a library card for a fee of $20 per annum.
