IN THE PAST, THE AGENCY HAD EXPENSED INVENTORY UPON RECEIPT IN ERROR. THE BALANCE AS NOW STATED IS BASED ON THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY ON HAND. 5) LIABILITIES ARE INCREASED BY 37,748 FROM 87,278 TO 125,026. THE INCREASE IN INVENTORY IS FROM YEARS PRIOR THAN 2020 AND IS REPORTED AS A NET ASSET ADJUSTMENT. THERE WERE ADDITIONAL CHANGES PRIOR TO 2019 THAT RESULTED IN A CHANGE IN NET ASSETS OF 19,405.
