    The Foundation's tax preparer is located in Nassau County, NY, which, per IRS release NY-2021-01 announced on September 9, 2021, is included in the list of localities that constitute a covered disaster area for purposes of Treas. Reg. Sec. 301.7508A-1(d)(2) and are entitled to tax relief due to Hurricane Ida. Additional time was needed to calculate and transmit the tax payment.
