Explanation:

Sirs, As a volunteer organization, we rely on the members to provide their accounting, auditing and tax preparation expertise. Many individuals were unavailable during this years summer months and so we did not progress as quickly as hoped. We recognize that in the future our return must be filed on time and we will plan as required to complete our accounting and tax preparation in a more timely manner.
