| Form 990, Part VI, Line 15a Process to establish compensation of top management official | The compensation of the top management official for Destination: Home SV is determined using the same process as its supported organization, Silicon Valley Community Foundation (SVCF). SVCF's process is as follows: The Talent and Culture committee of the Board of Directors of Silicon Valley Community Foundation exercises complete oversight of executive compensation and ultimately approves compensation for top foundation executives. As such, over the last two fiscal years, the Board engaged with executive search firms to identify the current CEO and CFO. All discussions and decisions related to executive compensation are recorded in a timely manner in meeting minutes of the Board of Directors, signed by the corporate secretary. The Board of Directors completes a performance review for the CEO annually, which includes a review of compensation and votes to make any adjustments. Performance reviews are documented in writing. |
