Part VII	No officer, director, or trustee is compensated or provided benefits of any kind. We have never employeed any person meeting the definition of key employee.
Part VIII 6 b	Rental expenses include some mortage interest & utilities.
Part X VFW Post 9323 occupies a building purchased in 2001	At 2017 end accumulated depreciation of at 27500 was shown but unknown as to how it was computed. As of Jan2018 we will depreciate the building at calc. rate of 7265 per year.
