Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	In 2021, the Board of Directors of WorkMoney, Inc., (the "Corporation") held a special meeting. Carrie J Grimes, Director of the corporation, did not attend the executive session portion of the meeting at which the compensation of the Chief Executive Officer was reviewed and approved. An annual salary and associated employee benefits were approved, pursuant to the definition of reasonable compensation under Internal Revenue Code Section 162. The 2020 Regional Pay Non-Profit Report provided the basis for the determined reasonable compensation. Pursuant to WorkMoney's conflict of interest policy, Carrie Joy Grimes did not consent to this resolution.
