28 CLATSOP ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT RESOURCES WORKED WITH 159 BUSINESSES TO OFFER ASSISTANCE IN EXPANDING AND RETAINING THEIR BUSINESS. WE HAVE PROVIDED 43 TRAINING, SEMINAR, AND CLASS OPPORTUNITIES TO ASSIST THEM. WE PROVIDED 721 BUSINESS VISIT SESSIONS AND 865 TOTAL SESSION HOURS.CLATSOP ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT RESOURCES HAVE BEEN INSTRUMENTAL IN THE START UP OF 17 NEW BUSINESSES, HELPED CREATE 50 JOBS, AND HELPED RETAIN 102 JOBS WITHIN THE CLATSOP COUNTY AREA DURING THE CURRENT FISCAL YEAR.
