Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	Any person who has been initiated in the fraternity is considered an alumni member once they graduate or leave the university.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	All alumni members are invited to attend the annual meeting of the alumni association. There they can run for a board position or vote on representitives to the board of directors.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The 990 form is made available to the directors at the January meeting it is also availble to the membership at the annual meeting or requested via email.
