Form 990, Part VI, Line 19: Other Organization Documents Publicly Available	The public may review all governmental documents upon request to thetreasurer of Phi Kappa Sigma Building Association. His contactinformation is submitted with the Form 990. Further, in accordancewith state law, a copy of Form 512E and 990 are on file with theOklahoma Tax Commission.
