Explanation:

Throughout 2020, my (Secretary/Treasurer Catherine Keenan) family has many individuals who had health issues. She was responsible for their care, and this has kept her from performing my responsibilities(such as this filing) in a timely manner. These include a knee replacement, a hip replacement, kidney stone removal and complications. Also my 90 year-old mother was hospitalized and sent to rehabilitation three times subsequent to a fal in Septemberl, a UTi, and the diagnosis of congestive heart failure.
