Explanation:

We filed an extension but somehow it was turned in late. I really cant explain how this happened as we did take it to the post office on the 15th of September. If you will look back you will see that we have never been late filing our returns prior to this. We ask that you please abate all penalities and interest. The COVID lockdown hurt us deeply, with a large loss of revenue. Please consider this when making your decision. Thank you for your assistance.
