Explanation:

We are a small, volunteer organization. We couldn't have our monthly call in November due to scheduling conflicts and realized on our call this morning that the return had not been filed and we immediately prepared the return. In light of this and filing on time for the past three years, we ask that any late charges be waived. We have put recurring reminders in our calendars for future years.
