Explanation:

Our Treasurer for the year 2020 resigned due to acute COVID. The successor Treasurer stepped up to ensure that bills were paid, etc, did his best, and was able to do basic functions, but did not realize the 990 needed to be filed. The current treasurer took over in January, 2022. Issues reconciling the beginning balances for 2020 with the 2019 return prevented us from being able to file. Those issues were recently resolved. We are filing the 2021 return soon after this one.
