	Associate Appreciation Holiday Gift Program:The Associate Appreciation Fund Committee operating under the auspices of the Resident Council (Board of Directors) provided cash gifts to 177 employees of Trillium Woods in December 2021 amounting to $279,203. The gifts were in lieu of tips which are not allowed in Trillium Woods. Each associate on the employee rolls as of the end of November 2021 received the same amount per hour of service provided in the preceding 12 months. The fund spent $0.0 on check supplies. In December 2020 the fund provided gifts to 209 associates amounting to $ 242,997 Non-deductible resident donations to this program are restricted in use only to the annual associate gift progrm.

	Resident Community Garden: The Landscape Committee and the Resident Council have supported the creation of a community garden for the use of residents. The program has undertaken the installation of new raised garden plots, new fencing, new safety features and new programs to share the gardening experience with residents. $ 1,863 was spent in fiscal year ending June 30, 2022. A directed donation of $ 700 was received with the rest being provided by the Resident Council.
