Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11b CFBC's audit committee, board of trustees, CEO, and CFO/COO all review the Form 990 before it is filed with the IRS. The process begins with the audit committee reviewing the draft audited financial statements and Form 990. CFBC's auditor then presents the audited financial statements and audit findings to the audit committee, and the audit committee discusses in detail. After the audit committee reviews the audited financial statements and Form 990, copies of each are distributed to all trustees for their review and comment.
