Explanation:

The reason this filing is late is because I simply forgot to do it. It's my first year as president of the Society for Church Consulting. In past years, the former president, Jim Barber, filed it while I was the Executive Director. As of July 2021, I became president and simply forgot to file it. My sincere apologies for the lateness of these forms. I then mailed the form when I became aware that I needed to file it and it was returned to me stating that it is required to be e-filed.
