IN PREPARATION FOR THE SALE OF THE PROPERTY TO OCEAN HOUR FARM, THE FOUNDATION WORKED WITH ARCHITECTURAL HISTORIAN JOHN TSCHIRCH, AND LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT PAM ROGERS TO CREATE A 32-PAGE LANDSCAPE REPORT, WHICH WAS INSTRUMENTAL IN COMPLETING THE FINAL RESTORATION OF THE LANDSCAPE TO THE ORIGINAL PERIOD IN 1932.
