What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Oversees labor-related issues with Management at Montgomery College. Negotiates compensation and benefits for full-time faculty at Montgomery College. Advocates for full-time faculty.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Engaged in collective bargaining negotiations as the elected representatives of the 500 full-time faculty bargaining unit. Conducted negotiations on salary and benefits throughout the Fall 2021 semester. Bargaining unit members ratified the negotiated agreement in the Spring 2022 semester.
