Pt VI, Line 7a	All Regular members receive written notice 10 days prior to the annual meeting at which time the membership elects the Board of Directors.
Pt VI, Line 7b	The Board of Directors makes most operating decisions. However, decisions such as refinancing debt over a specific dollar amounts requires membership approval.
Pt VI, Line 11b	Form 990 is made available to the Board of Directors for review. Questions if any, are discussed among Board Members. If necessary, additional follow up is made of the Manager, Controller and the CPA that prepared the return.
Pt VI, Line 18	A copy of form 990 and its supporting schedules are available to the public upon written request of the club.
Pt VI, Line 19	A copy of form 990 and any monthly or annual financial statements are available to the public upon written request of the club.
