| Part III, line 2 | Since the beginning of COVID-19 in March of 2020 Farmer Frog shifted all operations to support the community amidst the severe pandemic predominantly for People who are Hispanic Native Pacific Islander Asian and Asian American BIPOC LGBTQ + Immigrants Refugees - historically underrepresented communities. Our team distributed food and PPE sourced from recovered donated and purchased food surplus inventories at other distribution centers and any other available food and PPE. We used this food and PPE to serve historically underrepresented communities throughout Washington State and the country. In order to reach underrepresented communities we utilized our partnerships with over 463 entities across the state. We also worked with hundreds of vendors farmers partners other nonprofits community based organizations and many more. We categorized the contributions by using an average price per pound formula that Feeding America uses because we tracked what and how much of each item received. For Column B we categorized the contributions in number of pounds using the same average price per pound as Feeding America. The price per pound for Drugs and Medical Supplies was the average of the actual cost of those items. |
