What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? OACD PROVIDES PROGRAMS AND SERVICES FOR OREGON'S 45 SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICTS TO ENABLE THEM TO PERFORM CONSERVATION TECHNICAL SERVICES. IN ADDITION OACD PROVIDES AN ANNUAL CONFERENCE, WORKSHOPS AND WEBINARS AND ACTS AS A FISCAL AGENT TO PROVIDE GRANTS TO MULTIPLE DISTRICT MEMBERS.
