What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The Primary Purpose of this organization is to stimuilate an interest in and appreciation for the art and history of tole and decorative painting in all its art forms, and to exhibit and display works of tole and decorative art of its members and the public at schools, fairs, exhibitions, and art shows.

28 Northwest Decorative Artists has financed painting seminars and service projects. The members have painted treasure boxes for Shriner's Hospital Kids to keep their belongings in while in the hospital, and to take home afterwards.
