Form 990, Part VI, Line 12c: Explanation of Monitoring and Enforcement of Conflicts	The Coalition has a written COI policy which is incorporated in the By-laws of the Organization. Each year a review is performed and a review was done at the time. Each year a COI form is signed by each of the members of the Board.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 15a: Compensation Review & Approval Process - CEO, Top Management	Three comparable organizations 990's and executive compensation were obtained; AIAA, CASIS, and CSF. The most similar organization was CSF and the presidents salary was the basis for the compensation for CDSE ($200K).
