Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6	Organiation members are businesses who independent sales firms of eletronic components and products, participating electronics distributors and electronics manufacturers. The firms become members by paying annual dues. They are members as long, and only as long as they pay dues. There are no shareholders.
Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a	Members can join as long as they establish that they are in the business of electronics. Members elect the Board of Directors based upon their geograohic area, and the board, in turn, elects the officers.
