Part I, Line 10 Sigma Chi UNCW did not extend any grants or similar amounts paid during the year.
Part I, Line 16 Sigma Chi UNCW's main expenses as an organization go towards fundraising events to raise money for our cause (Hunstman Cancer Institute), social events, and our annual brotherhood retreat/Formal event. Other expenses include initiation fees paid to our Fraternities Headquarters, dues to UNC-Wilmington's IFC, as well as Insurance payments each scholastic semester to the Sigma Chi International Insurance provider.
Part I, Line 20 No other changes were noted in Net Assets. The organizations main driver is cash from semi-annual due payments, so our change in Net Assets only occurs through our ending cash and savings account balances.
Part I, Line 8 Sigma Chi UNCW's main source of revenue is semi-annual due payments, paid by the organizations members. Other revenue streams of the organization include money raised through fundraising.
Part II, Line 24 Sigma Chi UNCW owns no land or buildings as Fraternal Houses are not permitted in the City of Wilmington, NC. Sigma Chi UNCW has no other assets as the organizations main driver is cash, savings, and investments obtained through semi-annual dues paid by members.
Part II, Line 26 Sigma Chi UNCW has no liabilities as an organization. The organization has no debt, short-term liabilities, or long-term liabilities. The organization is not contracted under any loans.
