Copies of the filing are retained by both the Secretary and Treasurer and are available for review by any officer or member of the organization upon request.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	The Secretary and Treasurer are the primary business officers of the group. All transactions are documented by voucher from the Secretary authorizing deposits and payments. The Treasurer executes according to the vouchers. Monthly financial reports are presented to the Trustees for review and comment.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	The only compensation authorized by the organization are stipends to the Secretary and Treasurer to offset expenses in the performance of their duties. In total this amounts to $4200 per year.
