If members request to see the 990 they can call the office and form can be mailed or we might suggest the member can get the form on the DOL web site if they have access to a computer.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	The conflict of interest policy would be brought up at Board meetings.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 18	The members can call the office and a copy will be mailed. The suggestion that if the member can have access to a computer they can find the filed 990 on the DOL site. We will supply them with the web site address.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The Financial Officer supplies tax reports to the governing body at meetings. Shop stewards can share them at shop meetings with the members.
Form 990, Part XI, Line 9	With all the debit and law suits the Local is being forced to pay caused by the Medical Plan and the people running the Local is broke.

I filed for the extention date of 11/16/2022. I was not able to keep up with my work because of chronic illness I have .My illness is worsened by anxiety. Two of the Locals working President died one shortly after each other. That was a shock. Today I got released from a center at the Geinsinger Hospital in Danville. There was no one else to do this work in the local . I pushed through as best I could. I ve been doing this work for at least 30 years. Please do not penalize I me. I will be done with tonight and ship it over.
