Explanation:

The filing deadline for this return, as extended, was November 15, 2022. I filed the return via USPS on behalf of the organization and the IRS received the return prior to the extended filing deadline. This is my first year filing the return for this organization or for any organization in the last 6 years and I was unaware that it is now required to file a 990 EZ electronically. Upon receiving notification of this requirement from the IRS, I immediately prepared the return digitally and filed this digitally. Please consider this to be reasonable cause for the late filing.
