Organizational document changes Part VI line 4	The Amended and Restated Bylaws of WSMB provide the board more control over removing directors. The board may remove a director by majority vote and may also remove a director if the director misses more than two board meetings per year.The Amended and Restated Bylaws of WSMB revised the language in the Bylaws regarding the indemnification provided to directors, officers, employees and agents of the company to make it clearer which actions are covered, and which are not (e.g. gross negligence and willful misconduct).The Amended and Restated Bylaws of WSMB added a remote method for conducting board meetings.
