Part VI, Line 6	Not-for-Profit Corporation. Membership is made up of approximately 354 members of which approximately 139 have voting rights. There are several categories of membership while only Regular members have the right to vote.
Part VI, Line 7a	The club has a nominating committee which proposes a board of governors for the upcoming year at the annual meeting. The regular and honorary life members present at the annual meeting if representing a quorum then vote on the nominated slate or may propose and vote on an alternate slate.
Part VI, Line 7b	Certain decisions by the board of governors require a vote of approval by the regular and honorary life members including any changes to the by-laws. These decisions and rights are detailed in the Articles of Association.
Part VI, Line 11a	The form is reviewed by the Treasurer Commodore and members of the Finance Committee prior to filing.
