What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The stated mission of the DAV is "Keeping Our Promise to America's Veterans." Adam Klein Chapter #3 provides financial assistance, supports services, and provides information to disabled veterans in the community. The chapter also advocates for veterans before federal and state agencies and legislative bodies.
