    We humbly apologize for what is an inadvertent mistake in our office for not filing for time extension 8868 to 11 15 22. We thought we had filed per our internal records checklist but discovered the lack thereof upon preparing the 990PF and we don't have evidence of a copy of the 8868 in the file or an IRS letter of extension. Although substantially overpaid with our excise tax we acknowledge a mistake in not filing timely. We respectfully request abatement of any penalties. For future returns we plan on turning the preparation and responsibility over to our CPA firm who handles all other compliance filings.
