Part X : FIN48 Footnote The Association recognizes the tax benefit from uncertain tax positions when it is more-likely-than-not the position will be sustained upon examination by taxing authorities. As of December 31, 2021, the Association had no uncertain tax positions that qualify for either recognition or disclosure in the financial statements. In the normal course of business, the Associations tax filings are subject to examination by federal and state taxing authorities. The Associations tax returns for the last three years remain open for examination.
