ROBINSON FILED AN ACTION AS DIRECTOR OF THE WIDGEON POINT CHARITABLE FOUNDATION ("FOUNDATION") ON BEHALF OF THE FOUNDATION AGAINST TWO OF ITS DIRECTORS (ALSO MEMBERS), BARBARA G. ROBINSON AND ROWLAND PERRY ROBINSON (THE "DEFENDANTS"), ALLEGING UNAUTHORIZED COMPENSATION AND THE IMPROPER TRANSFER BY AND/OR TO THEM OF FUNDS FOR PERSONAL EXPENSES UNRELATED TO THE FOUNDATION'S BUSINESS PURPOSES DURING THE PERIOD 2018-2021. THE DEFENDANTS DENIED THE ALLEGATIONS. ON OCTOBER 17, 2022, THE FOUNDATION ENTERED INTO A SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT PURSUANT TO WHICH BARBARA G. ROBINSON, PAID BACK THE FOUNDATION $500,000.
