What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Serves 319 active members,21 substitutes, and over 400 retirees. The purpose of the union is to secure working conditions, negotiate contracts, and provide the greatest education to the residents of North Tonawanda. The union is affiliated with NYSUT and AFT.
