Other	Part III, Line 28 - Education - The Company spends time educating the public and youth about Iowa's agriculture and the agricultural economy. Three college scholarships were awarded to deserving local students through The Company scholarship program. Books were donated to a local library and two local schools. The Company hosts an annual farm tour for 140 local fourth and fifth grade students to understand where their food comes from, and the impact agriculture has on their community. The Company also hosted a driver's education event for 60 high school students on farm equipment blind spots and driver safety.
Other	Part III, Line 29 - Public Policy - The Company functions as a grassroots support network for engaging in public policy education and communications affecting their membership. A member survey is printed and distributed to 617 members to obtain thoughts and opinions on issues affecting them on a local, state, and national level. Legislative meetings and policy education sessions were hosted for members throughout the season.
Other	Part III, Line 30 - Agriculture Promotion - The Company promoted agriculture to the general public and its members throughout the year. The Company promoted agriculture through sponsorship of a local food pantry and sponsorship of events at the County Fair and two local high schools.
