Pt XII, Line 3b	Governance decisions are the sole responsibility of the Executive Board. However, the Executive Board is elected by majoity vote of the membership. A copy of the Constitution and Bylaws are publicly available (website).

Pt XI	Prior Period Adjustment represents the correction of previous systemic and individual accounting errors. Stronger internal controls have been implemented including reviews of quarterly reports to identify inaccurate data.
