Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a The Board of Directors consists of four IBEW Local Union members, one each from Local Unions 575, 683, 688 and 1105, appointed by the Unions mamagement and four union contractors members of Central Ohio Chapter, NECA, Inc. which are appointed by the Board of Directors. The Board then selects the Manager / Secretary of Central Ohio Chapter, NECA, Inc. to be the Secretary / Treasurer as a non voting member. Hence the Board has four members representing the Unions and four members representing managment.
