	The Old Santa Fe Association engaged in a variety of historic preservation and advocacy activities during 2021: Continued interest and engagement in City's Culture History Art Reconciliation and Truth process following the toppling of the Soldier's Monument on the Plaza. Advocacy at Historic Design Review Board and Planning Commission regarding land use and development in Santa Fe's historic districts and beyond. Negotiation with Historic Preservation Division staff and developers on projects such as the Alvord School and the 50 Mount Carmel Road Property. Direct support for neighborhoods included the Candlelight and Sol Y Lomas neighborhoods regarding re-zoning issues. Organizing work on Short Term Rental Regulation. Construction of an OSFA archive and inventorying by volunteer archivists. Public engagement and education on Santa Fe's water use and availability.

Form 990, Part I, Line 1	To promote the prosperity and welfare of the city and county of Santa Fe and their inhabitants, to preserve and maintain the ancient landmarks, historical structures and traditions of Old Santa Fe and to guide their growth and development in such a way as to promote that unique charm and distinction, born of age, culture, tradition and environment, which are the priceless assets and heritage of Santa Fe.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The Old Santa Fe Association is a membership organization. Members in good standing are defined as those who have paid annual dues and are thereby entitled to make motions and vote at the annual membership meeting. A quorum for meetings of the members of the Association shall be ten (10) members, in person or by proxy.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	The organization's Bylaws require that the Nominating Committee present a single slate of candidates for the Board of Directors which, with the approval of the Board, are announced in the notice of and are elected at the Annual Meeting. Additional nominations may be made in writing, provided that each such nomination must be endorsed by at least six (6) voting members and be received by the Secretary at least one (1) week prior to the Annual Meeting.
