	Voter Engagement & Education - PPVNH is a not for profit organization that promotes the social welfare by working to advance public polices that encourage and protect informed individual choice regarding reproductive and sexual healthcare; to advocate for public policies that guarantee the right to choice and full non-discriminatory access to reproductive and sexual healthcare; and to foster and preserve a social and political climate favorable to the exercise of reproductive choice. There shall be two classes of members of the Corporation: regular members and special members. Regular members of the Corporation shall consist of the following Planned Parenthood affiliates, who are referred to as "Members" in these Bylaws: Planned Parenthood of Columbia Willamette and Planned Parenthood of the Great Northwest and the Hawaiian Islands.Only regular members shall be considered "members" for purposes of the Washington Nonprofit Corporation Act.Special members shall include all individuals who: (1) pay annual dues in an amount established by vote of the Board of Directors; and (2) do not qualify as Members. Special members shall be non-voting members.
Form 990, Part VI, Line 11b: Form 990 Review Process	The Finance Committee reviews the Form 990 in detail. The Form 990 is provided to the full Board with a briefing by the Finance Committee before it is filed with the IRS.

The PPGNHI staff utilized include the Organization's CEO Jennifer Allen and Vice President, Jessica Cler. In 2021, Ms. Allen was paid gross wages of $165,822 and benefits of $17,996, for total compensation of $183,818. In 2021, Ms. Cler was paid gross wages of $117,911 and benefits of $15,240, for a total compensation of $133,151. As per the Form 990 instructions, PPVNH is presenting the loaned employee information as management fees expense (Line 11a) in Part IX.
