| Part III, line 3 | As part of a multi-million dollar house renovation project Illinois Triangle Alumni Association "ITAC" transferred title to the fraternity's house land building contents to an affiliated national Fraternity organization Triangle Illinois House LLC. "TIH". Also as part of the renovation project. another affiliated national Fraternity organization Triangle Building and Housing Corporation "TBHC" arranged for and assumed financing. In return ITAC transferred all its assets cash proceeds from liquidation of mutual funds and any other receivables to TBHC. TBHC also assumed all house-related ITAC liabilities including money lent to ITAC by TBHC real estate taxes payable fund raising expenses payable and other project and house-related expenses and payables. The renovation project started with planning and then engaging an architect and general contractor. ITAC volunteers worked with TBHC to supervise the renovation project. ITAC and TBHC engaged the services of another affiliated organization Triangle Fraternity Foundation to solicit donations and pledges from alumni and friends. The project started in the Spring of 2019 and construction was sufficiently completed by January 2022 for the undergrads to move back into the renovated house. Other than transferring ownership of the house to TIH ITAC continues its involvement in the maintenance and operation of the chapter house and with the program services education campus involvement social of the undergrads the Illinois Chapter of Triangle Fraternity at the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign. ITAC still hosts alumni gatherings at the House including Homecoming and Founders' Day as well as encouraging alumni engagement and participation in the program services of the undergrads and Triangle national organizations. Bi-weekly conference calls are held by ITAC TBHC the undergrads and the Foundation to properly maintain the house and guide the undergrads. |
